The Greenterest Waste group comprises of individuals who are passionate about reducing the amount of waste we generate and actively encourage the wider community to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle.

As leaders and eco-warriors who champion the green movement, the Waste group has championed many initiatives in school to build a greener Hwa Chong. Several of their past activities include: Correction Tape Recycling Drives, A Recyclables Sorting Video Project and a Cafe/Canteen project to encourage the use of non-disposables.

Greenterest Waste truly believes in the power of ground-up initiatives, and are determined in their undying love for our environment, and in their pursuit for a waste-free society.
